Jasmine is master’s level educated, holding an MHR in Human Resource Management. She has coached for over 10 years and has worked across multiple industries including healthcare, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and tech. The Employee Handbook also partners with equally certified coaches of similar backgrounds that combined, hold a total of over 40 years of direct experience in HR, recruitment, and career coaching.
Practical, realistic, collaborative, and honest. My goal is to share all there is to know when it comes to the psychology of career transitions. My unique perspective of having worked in HR as a profession for over a decade allows me to teach from multiple angles of the process, which in turn, allows me to impart that knowledge into my clients. Different coaches have different styles and approaches. You want to find a coach whose style resonates with you and who can adapt to your unique needs.
The Employee Handbook, has developed a learning path that supports the unique needs of every client. The approach is a 6-week holistic plan that it touches on all areas of the job search and career transitions from pre-application through offer and onboarding.
The Employee Handbook use assessment tools, personality tests, and other resources to help clients gain insight into their strengths and areas of opportunities and identify career paths that align with their interests and values.
